Construction Update: Due to unforeseen delays in material delivery, the start of the Quinhagak Street Reconstruction project has been postponed to spring 2026. Construction is now expected to begin around mid-May, once seasonal weight restrictions are lifted. We will provide a construction schedule update in early May 2026. We apologize for this change to the project timeline and appreciate your understanding and patience.
The MOA is planning to upgrade Quinhagak Street between East Dowling Road and Askeland Drive (see map below for project limits). Improvements will include:
- New road foundation
- New asphalt pavement
- New curb & gutter
- New storm drain system
- New pedestrian facilities
- New street lighting
MOA PM&E has contracted with CRW Engineering Group, Inc. (CRW) to provide engineering and design services.
