If funding is secured then construction is anticipated to begin in approximately July 2025. Additional contact information announcing the Contractor and the PM&amp;E Project Inspector will be provided if funding is secured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Municipality of Anchorage Project Management &amp; Engineering Department (MOA PM&amp;E) is planning to upgrade Quinhagak Street between East Dowling Road and Askeland Drive (see map below for project limits). Improvements will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New road foundation <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New asphalt pavement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New curb &amp; gutter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New storm drain system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New pedestrian facilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New street lighting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>MOA PM&amp;E has contracted with CRW Engineering Group, Inc. (CRW) to provide engineering and design services.
